These Terms apply only to the Website and other publicly available online resources. They do not govern access to or use of any paid, trial, beta, preview, pilot, or production platform services that we may offer to customers, which may instead be subject to separate customer agreements, order forms, service terms, acceptable use policies, service level commitments, data processing terms, or other contractual terms.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

References to open-source software or third-party tools do not modify or replace the applicable license terms governing those materials.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
